MARC LEBOWITZ

MARC LEBOWITZ co-founded M&A Real Estate Partners in 2002 and has developed it into a premier, privately held real estate firm focused on acquiring and managing institutional quality conventional apartments and student housing communities throughout the United States. As a managing partner at M&A, Marc oversees the day to day operations and asset management for the company’s portfolio and is the driving force behind repositioning assets. He set the direction and has been instrumental in the co-creation of the company’s student housing platform while also being the key figure in fundraising for the company.  Marc has been involved with the philanthropic community of Los Angeles for the past 25 years and as a board member, he is honored and committed to helping PHASE ONE find a cure for cancer.
