JORDAN BERNSTEIN is the principal of the Law Office of Jordan R. Bernstein, P.C.  Jordan's niche legal practice includes counseling hoteliers, restaurateurs, established chefs, food and beverage manufacturers, other hospitality, fashion, and retail businesses through a myriad of corporate, real estate and multi-faceted commercial transactions. He represents some of the most accomplished chefs, restaurateurs and hospitality professionals in the country, many of which have gained national recognition and acclaim for their accomplishments in the culinary world.  Jordan joined PHASE ONE in 2011 in memory of and inspired by his mother who passed from ovarian cancer.  He is also an advocate on behalf of the Green Restaurant Association and of The Roots of Change, both organizations aimed at protecting and conserving our environment and agricultural landscapes.
